Knitted polyethylene nets are versatile with many applications. They are often used as a shade netting and create on average 30% to 50% shade in crops because they create a thin sun filter without obstructing the light for the growth and maturing of the crops. In horticulture, the shade factors range up to 70% and 90% because of their purpose; reducing light, lowering temperature and maintaining humidity levels.
